Customers of Vision benefit from us being both a developer and a builder. Since Vision is building exclusively EarthCraft, LEED and Green buildings, customers can choose the level of consulting that meets their needs.

Renovations

Whether it’s ground up (horizontal) to simply going vertical, Vision has planned, partnered and participated in most every type of new construction. Office Buildings, single family homes, apartment buildings, strip malls, convenient stores, mixed use developments are examples of the breadth of Vision’s scope.

New Construction

Vision has renovated numerous single family homes, ranging from homes built in the 20’s to homes built this century. We have renovated new apartment buildings, old apartment buildings, new and old commercial buildings, etc. These renovations include complete structural integrity replacement, all mechanical items such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water, storm, sewer, architectural elevations, landscaping and numerous other areas from roof tops to foundations.

Land Planning

Part of every builder or developer’s task is to plan properly and receive the proper entitlement and zoning from the city or county where their development is located. With a successful track record of both land planning, zoning and entitlements, allow Vision to help you through this sometimes frustrating process.

Estimating

Every project has a budget, and every project receives profit by successfully estimating their costs. To do this properly you might want a consultant who knows most every aspect of building and has been down most every path; from estimating sheetrock for 200 units, to joist replacement in old buildings, to EarthCraft credits for saving energy for customers.

Retail

Since starting retail development in the 80’s, Vision and it’s team have built convenient stores, audio/video stores, video game parlors, Blockbuster type stores, oil distribution facilities, office space, etc. Choosing the proper location and building type may significantly enhance your chances for success.

Joint Ventures

In good times and bad it may help to rely on a joint venture partner who excels beyond your scope.
