Real Estate is in the process of developing the City of Buford’s first
mix-use, TND (Traditional Neighborhood Development).
This neighborhood consists of 2 phases, both with single family homes,
townhomes, condos, live/work units, commercial office space, retail shops,
and anchor locations for restaurants.
When complete, Edgewater Trails will comprise of 325 residential units,
200,000 feet of commercial retail, 22 acres of walking trails and paths, an
8500 square foot clubhouse, tennis courts, a junior Olympic swimming pool, a
Jacuzzi, workout equipment both inside and outside, 6 green space areas for
socializing, and 2 large parks. |
