Vision Real Estate is in the process of developing the City of Buford’s first mixed-use, TND (Traditional Neighborhood Development). Edgewater Trails consists of 2 phases, both with single family homes, townhomes, condos, live/work units, commercial office space, retail shops, and anchor locations for restaurants.

Past Projects Vision’s principals started building convenient stores, oil distribution locations, audio video stores, video rental locations, and arcades in the 80’s. Many of these locations were built as strip malls with the convenient store acting as the anchor. More recent projects include complete apartment renovations, single-family home construction in Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas and Georgia. Future Projects Phase II of Edgewater Trails includes 140,000 commercial square feet and 110-140 residential units. This phase will compliment phase I of Edgewater Tails and be tied directly to phase I with roads, trails and parks. Other future projects include a 500 acre development in Savannah, Georgia, a multi-phase residential neighborhood in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and a high rise office building in Atlanta . . . More
